NPO FENNO-UGRIA was established in Tallinn in 1927 by a group of Estonian researchers, politicians, and economists with the aim of supporting the organisation of Finno-Ugric cultural congresses, as well as promoting relations between Estonia and other Finno-Ugrian peoples.
